BIO-FILMOGRAPHY
EDUARDO ROJO
Eduardo Rojo (Madrid, 2002) He studied Audiovisual Communication at the Carlos III University of Madrid. Memories Underground marks his first professional short film as director, screenwriter, and editor. He is currently working as a screenwriter and editor on the short documentary Where do greyhounds live?, directed by Elena Sanz and still in post-production.
His films are characterized by a dialogue between fiction writing and documentary editing, exploring the spaces in between that emerge during the creative process. In his work, the city appears as a social and political epicenter from which to create humanist portraits capable of capturing the spirit of his time.
He combines his artistic practice with cultural management and production, particularly within the DocumentaMadrid festival at Cineteca Madrid, where he is now working for the second consecutive year.
