SYNOPSIS
Paco, a 60-year-old man, uses Orfeus, a telephone service that allows him to talk with Isa, his late wife, during Christmas. Thanks to the love and understanding of his daughter, Paco will be able to overcome his grief, move on, and stop using the Orfeus AI.

MANUEL GUEVARA
Manuel was born in 1999 in the city of Elche. From a very young age, his passion for “peluquilas,” as he used to pronounce “películas” (movies) back then, was so great that he began filming his first projects using the stop-motion technique available on Nokia phones, along with a bunch of colorful pencil sharpeners to represent the different characters.
It was this passion and curiosity for cinema that led him to change his degree in 2019 from Biology to Audiovisual Communication at Miguel Hernández University in Elche. In 2023, he graduated with a Higher Diploma in Digital Film Production from EFTI International Center of Photography and Cinema.
In 2024, he enrolled in the Master’s in Film Directing and Cinematography at EFTI; unfortunately, the school closed, leaving students and teachers adrift.
Currently, in 2025, he has graduated from the Master’s in Film Directing at The Core, where he had the opportunity to direct his short film and final master’s project, Orfeus.
